今週已踏入主題「購物樂」的最後一週。老師展示不同紙幣及硬幣,引導幼兒觀察它們的大小、圖案等特徵,再認識它們的幣值。老師介紹古代錢幣的演變,讓幼兒學習欣賞中國的古代的貨幣,並嘗試比較中國的古代貨幣與現今貨幣的異同。

另外,請幼兒利用相片與同學分享自己與爸爸的開心片段,如日常與爸爸做甚麼、玩甚麼……最後鼓勵幼兒思想爸爸的愛與付出並感謝他。

 

學習目的:

1.   知道元和角的兑換

2.   認識有關父親節的活動

3. 培養敬愛父母的品德

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to our ABC blog!

This week in Phonics, we focused on blending the sounds /th/ and /ch/. The students engaged in a lot of activities to enhance their blending skills, making it a fun learning experience.

In Cambridge, we began a new topic, My Hobbies, introducing key vocabulary such as dance, paint a picture, play football, read, run, and swim. The students shared their favourite activities during their free time.

For Critical Thinking, we made a craft for Father’s Day and practiced for the Father’s Day concert. We’re all very excited about the upcoming event!

That wraps up our week! We look forward to seeing you next week for more learning and fun!

This week, we started a new topic during our Super Minds lessons – Get Dressed! We did some word puzzles in our books that were related to the clothing in the unit. Our students also loved the chant in our books and rapped along to it during our lessons.

During Math lessons this week, we continued to play games and do revision on subtraction using number lines, and also counting by tens. We practised by using toys to group objects into tens and we played subtraction games online to see who can subtract the fastest using number lines. There was some fierce competition as the students were eager to compete with each other and had plenty of fun whilst doing so.

The students have had some time practising for the Father’s Day event and all are super eager to see the smiles and support from their Dads in our upcoming performance for them. Wishing all fathers a Happy Father’s Day!

Hello everyone for another K3 blog! We continued our Cambridge lessons on different kinds of illnesses by listening to the song and watching the story related to this topic. We also had great discussions sharing our ideas and opinions on what we should do to avoid these illnesses. It was a great way to recall what we have learned the past week in our Cambridge lessons.

We had a great week of revision in our Math lesson where we went back and recalled topics like Odd and Even numbers up to 100 and solved English word problems. We played lots of games with our teachers and friends and helped those who might have forgotten these topics.

This coming weekend is Father’s Day and our K3 friends are so excited getting ready for the week to honour our Super Dads. For Critical Thinking, we have been busy working on our Father’s Day card expressing our love and admiration to a very special person in our lives. How are you celebrating Father’s Day this weekend? 主題:「幫助我們的人」─郵差

     不經不覺「幫助我們的人」的主題進入第三週了,今週內容主要圍繞郵差,老師透過影片讓幼兒知道郵差叔叔的工作十分忙碌,無論晴天或雨天,他們都會為我們派發信件。透過討論後,幼兒對郵差的工作感興趣,引導幼兒認識到郵差的辛勞。

    老師並與幼兒一起設計信封,請他們親手放進信封裏把信寄回家,並嘗試把信放入郵箱裏,並透寫信活動讓幼兒深入認識寄信的程序。

     父親節到了,幼兒都能用簡短的語句介紹自己的爸爸,為了表達對爸爸的愛,大家都很用心地製作手工送給爸爸做禮物,更大聲說出:爸爸,我愛你!

(3)認識父親節的意義

主題:「夏天到」-天氣炎熱

今週開展新的主題「夏天到」,老師介紹夏天天氣的特徵,例如炎熱,知道天文台會發出不同的天氣警告信號,讓我們懂得天氣的轉變可以做好預防措施。夏天天氣炎熱令我們出汗較多,小朋友學習日常清潔身體的方法,例如:洗澡、洗頭、剪指甲和洗衣服等等。他們都能分享自己洗澡的步驟,還示範自己洗頭的方法,明白做個乾淨的小孩子人見人愛!

父親節快到了!小朋友分享日常喜歡和爸爸做的事情,能明白爸爸在用心照顧我們。他們認識了父親節的意義,為了感謝爸爸所以學習向爸爸表達愛意,例如給爸爸唱一首歌、幫爸爸按摩等,並能說出:「我愛爸爸,父親節快樂!」

 

學習目的:

1) 認識不同天氣的警告圖示。

2) 認識清潔身體的方法。

3) 學習向爸爸表達愛意。

主題----「幫助我們的人」

    本週進入主題「幫助我們的人」的最後一週,透過展示廚師的圖片,展開幼兒分享製作食物的經驗,讓幼稚園認識廚師的的種類、服飾和工具等等。過程中,幼兒知道中餐、西餐、點心和甜品等不同廚師。幼兒知道廚師工作的地方需要保持清潔和衛生,他們能說出不同餐具的使用方法。之後,小朋友化身成小廚師親身製作蛋沙律三文治,十分享受製作食物的樂趣,從而鼓勵他們要珍惜食物。

  最後,認識新的語文技巧「量詞」,老師介紹量詞的定義和例子,例如:一尾魚、一本書和一把傘等等,並與小朋友進行圖片配對小遊戲,讓幼兒創作有「量詞」句子。

 

 

學習目的:

1. 認識廚師的的種類

2. 能將「量詞」和物件配對

3. 享受烹飪的樂趣和珍惜食物態度
